Well I guess it's not technically solo, you should have someone with the mutation head that grants everyone frenzy cast frenzy on your super soldier. How do you want to reach an enemy on the other side of the map and kill him with 2 AP with pure short range builds?

Rapid Clearance recovers you AP, but it's still only 2. You have 4 AP and even if you use 2 of them for dash, you simply have no way of killing all the enemies with the ones remaining.

It's not even possible technically to finish the map in 1 turn with a single soldier because there is no way to traverse it in such a short time.
